Fri 22/05 at 11am - Commemorative tree celebration at the Memorial Garden (Free, drop-in). Everyone is welcome to join the community for a celebration and a group photograph to honour 125 years of the West Barns Village Hall and 50 years of the West Barns Community Council. We hope to welcome all generations- children from West Barns Primary School, Neighbours and residents of West Barns - both new and born and bred here. A Blue Atlas Cedar will be planted by volunteers to stand witness to hundreds of years of at the heart of community of West Barns.

⁠Sat 23/05 2-4pm - 125 Years of Memories over cake & coffee at the village hall (Free, drop-in). We will share fond memories of the village hall over the decades. Please bring any archival/family photographs and stories that you know of events and encounters from this special community hub. Historic photographs, maps and information will be shared. Please note that this event isn’t suitable for small children but older children with parents/careers will be most welcome.
